Commercial Cleaning
Scheduled janitorial for offices, schools, and commercial buildings — after-hours so your staff arrive to a finished space.
The building ready before the first key turns
Most of our commercial contracts run after hours and on a fixed schedule. Restrooms, common areas, classrooms, break rooms, and lobbies finish so your people walk into work — not around a crew. Rainey's has structured Tennessee Valley janitorial that way since 1994: scoped checklists, recurring routes, and a phone that stays reachable when something spills at two in the morning. Licensed, bonded, and insured work still has to land before the first key of the day. We are not a residential maid service rebranded for LinkedIn; we are a commercial and industrial cleaning company that also keeps the grounds when you want one vendor for inside and outside.
How contracts usually run
A scoped checklist, a recurring schedule built around staff hours, and clear escalation when something urgent hits overnight. Tell us the building type, square footage if you know it, and which areas matter most on Monday morning. Jeana takes estimate requests at jeana@raineyscleaning.com; Deforrest Rainey owns and operates the company from Decatur. Free estimates, card payments carry a 4% convenience fee, and we take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, and personal check.
