Post-construction cleaning is dust in the vents, stickers on glass, grit in every corner, and debris the builders left behind. Rainey's runs the punch so the owner walks into a finished building — not a construction site with furniture. We coordinate with GCs and owners on timing, pull debris, detail glass and floors, and return for a second pass when punch items move. Grounds can ride on the same visit when mulch beds and walks need to match the new elevation before keys hand over.
Punch-list cleaning
